Build with us.

We hire deliberately. The work is closed-loop, non-invasive, and currently in clinical investigation. The bar is evidence. If that suits you, the roles below are the ones we are actively seeking to fill.

role 01

london, on-site

+ equity · [TBC]

Electrical Engineer.

We are looking for an electrical engineer with at least five years of biotech or medical-device experience to join the hardware team. You will own the analogue and mixed-signal layers of the platform — biosignal acquisition, low-noise front-ends, sensor integration, and the path from breadboard to a wearable form factor that meets medical-device standards.

The work sits at the intersection of physiology and silicon. You should be comfortable reading a clinical paper in the morning and laying out a board in the afternoon. You should have shipped hardware that touched human bodies, not just benches. You should know what ISO 13485 asks of you and not resent it.

This is a small, deliberate team. Your decisions will reach the device. We move as fast as the science allows, and not faster.

role 02

london, hybrid

+ equity · [TBC]

Medical Software Developer.

We are looking for a senior software developer with at least ten years of experience building software in regulated medical contexts. You will own the embedded and edge software that closes the loop — real-time signal processing, on-device inference, and the firmware that connects what the body is doing to what the device does about it.

You should have shipped software under IEC 62304 or equivalent. You should be at home with C / C++ on constrained hardware and comfortable reasoning about latency, memory, and failure under clinical conditions. You should treat verification as a feature of the work, not friction at the end of it.

The standard we hold ourselves to is the one regulators will hold us to. The bar is evidence. Engineering quality is how we get there.
