Apply anyway

We hire slowly and deliberately. Most of the people on the team joined before there was a listing for them. If you think you belong in the loop and nothing on the careers page matches, do not wait for it to appear: tell us, and if you are the right person we find a way.

Who we want to hear from

nomad is a small team building the first wearable that reads your nervous system and responds to it. Beta begins Q4 2026, with first units planned for 2028. Between now and then we will need people across:

  • Hardware, firmware and signal processing
  • Neuroscience, physiology and human research
  • Regulatory, quality and research studies
  • App development and data
  • Operations, manufacturing and supply chain
  • Brand, content and community

If your discipline is not on that list and you still think nomad needs it, that is a good reason to write.

What to send

One email to hello@nomadneuro.com, with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note. Three things, a paragraph each is plenty:

  • Your background. What you have built, studied or shipped, and what you are best at.
  • Why nomad. What about the problem, or the way we are going at it, makes you want in.
  • The role you are looking for. The job you would write for yourself here, even if it does not exist yet.

How we work

High agency. People who move fast without cutting corners, own their patch end to end, and are comfortable being the first person to do a thing here. Every version of the device has been worn by the founder before anyone else; we expect the same closeness to the work from everyone.

We read everything we are sent. We reply to everyone, though not always quickly, and we keep expressions of interest on file for when the matching role opens.
